The basic license says you can use the theme in products for clients but that you can't sell products created using it.
Does that mean you can't use it in products you create for customers that you're paid to create for them?

If not, what are the actual restrictions on commercial use?

You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.

You or your client can use the theme, but can't sell to someone else.

Thanks. The text is a bit ambiguous, as me building the system for them would in some readings mean I sell the product to the client (they retain the source code, which would of course include the theme etc.).
They're not going to sell it to others, and neither would I.

so if i use a theme in a product for a client (i sell to it) and there isn't resale of this product, i can buy basic licence only.
is it right?
