Rio Theme folders

Would someone tell me about the folders that i should find when i buy the rio theme because i cant find the rio demo app and other folders, so i think there some misssing folders. thank you!!

What do you have Layout + Theme or Theme Only?

For Layout + Theme;

Download package contains layout resources including css, javascript, images, fonts, facelets template, login page, error pages, empty content page, sample demo pages, documentation along with theme jar, war of demo app with sources and the revision tag as a maven project.

For Theme Only;

Artifact to download is the theme jar that can be used standalone as it has no dependency to layout.
