License for SAAS base product

Hi,
I am little bit confuse about which license we have to go with. We are software development company and building our product based on Java stack and using JSF along with Primefaces for view technology. We are developing a SAAS base product and want to go with Basic License. In my understanding Basic License does not allow to resell theme as standalone but can be used in any number of end products and any number of client work. Please correct me if I misunderstood it.
