Slider component is not working properly on mobile devices

It is not possible to drag the p:slider component using Modena theme in Android and iOS devices. The same problem happens with the component p:calendar using time with slider.

The drag feature from slider in the Aristo theme works fine in Android and iOS devices:

But on Modena theme, it does not work properly:

How to reproduce the problem?

1. Display Modena Theme on a mobile device (ios or android):
http://www.primefaces.org/modena/forms.xhtml
2. Try drag slide component;
3. It's not possible drag to change value.

We added this feature for PF-5.2.10 and PF-5.3 versions. (Issue: https://github.com/primefaces/primefaces/issues/585)
