Modena not loading css and js at the template pages

Hello,

Ive just bought this theme, that is amazing, I installed it and seems to be working with my previous jsf... it gives the style to the checkboxes, inputs and so on (I havent tried more to be honest).

I have my webapp structure with subfolders (to make it easier for spring security)

Like this

webapps/administrator/
webapps/visitor/
and so on...

The problem is that all pages that came with the theme, doesnt work under the subfolders, debugging I found out that is not reaching the css and js.

Any idea how to fix this?

To install it I just put the 3 files it asks for into the WEB-INF and inside WEB-INF/lib I put the .jar
