Changing colors

Hello,
I recently purchased Adamantium theme and would like to know if there is any recommended approach or best practice on how to change the colours. My logo is orange and env though I like this Theme a lot I would try to change the colours to different shades of grey (if not I may even change my logo into Adamantium's blue).
I'm very new with these new Themes as I had only used the free themes so far. I don't even know if these themes are not supposed to be customised this way.
