Scrollable Datatable in PF 6.0 has two tables/headers

When I switched to PF 6.0, any datatable set to scrollable had two header column rows. The second row was only partially visible. When I inspect the HTML in Chrome, there are actually two tables created, and two <thead> elements in each. It appears as if one should be hidden/displayed depending on the scroll condition.
