JSF primefaces Ultima template datePicker exception

JSF Ultima datePicker timeOnly="true" pattern="HH:mm" mode not shows up and down button but shows hour and minute.

Sorry I wrote wrong here, I have still use as you said. It is not show UI for choosing hour and minute.
