Can you please let us know how can we achieve the functionality of making multiple rows editable at once on click of a master checkbox using primefaces version 2.2.1 ?

<p:rowEditor> has the inline editing of single row at a time.

I don't think that is possible. Neither with 2, nor with 3. Do not think it will be implemented soon either, unless someone donates a lot of money for it

It would appear that your prophecy was correct. It's still not supported in version 6.x.

Unfortunately after looking at it, it doesn't appear to be simple to extend the behaviour of the DataTable easily.
