Arrow Key Navigation for DataTable

How can I achieve navigation using arrow keys for DataTable in edit mode.

Left Key - Previous field
Right Key - Next field
Up Key - Upper Record
Down Key - Next Record

Also, if some field is read only meaning non-editable how can arrow key jump that field to the next editable field.
