PickList - Possible to have Source and Target labels different

I have a scenario where I have a dropdown of teams and when the user changes the team, the source of the picklist changes...but the target stays the same.
Essentially, I want to pick Adam and Roop from TeamA, Harish from TeamB and Nithesh from TeamC.

The source would just be the member names:
--TeamA--
Adam
Steve
Roop
Chris

But the Target would be:
--Target--
Adam from TeamA
Roop from TeamA
Harish from TeamB
Nithesh from TeamC

Is there any way to make the Source and Target labels different?
