Save the datatable filters

The primefaces datatables has a option that is to add filters, I wish to know. Is there a way for me to save the values that someone inserts on those filters.
Someone enters and filters id = 1, name = maria, number of id = 67. She goes to another page and edits Maria's info, but when she returns to the datatable page, she has lost all the filters and has to rewrite all the values.
Is there a way to save those values? or retain them?
