Menu and other components not working WebLogic 12c

I built a web project in NetBeans running on Glassfish. I then ported my work into WebLogic 12c and most of PrimeFaces components do not work. Additionally, the theme doesn't seem to be applied. Has anyone seen this before.

NetBeans 8, Weblogic 12.2.1.2.0, PrimeFaces6.1

No, never seen (or heard) this before at least not when PrimeFaces is actually deployed/active (tested this?)

And sure JSF in general is working?
