P:Tabview not loading all the tabs properly when dynamic=false"

HI,
I have P:TabView with 3 tabs are included . when dynamic="true" all the tabs are displaying properly when page loads initially i mean only active tab content display this works fine as expected .
When dynamic="false" the tabs are not displaying and all the tabs content are displayed instead of active tab content .
Could you please help me k now when dynamic ="false " i need to display active index tab content instead of all the tab contents on the screens .

when i am using dynamic=true on p tabview faces messagess are not displaying on all tabs it display only on active tab index.
how do we display faces messages on all tabs when using dynamic=true on p tabview
