Exporter component : dependencies

I want to use the export component.
I downloaded the ITEXT and POI jar, but I do not use maven: please, how and where to declare these dependencies?
If possible, please give me a specific example.

How did you add PrimeFaces to your project? Do the same for these...

I added the 2 jars to my project but it does not work!
