check your theme parameter in the web.xml.

@Thomas : the point is that it occurs randomnly and not only with theme.css, I get the same for components.css for example, but the warning is always complaining about primefaces related files.

@Ronald : how could spring be the problem ?

I'm getting this too. I am now with wildfly 10 and I am pretty sure this appeared with an upgrade of the application server some time ago. And I don't see an easy workaround since it's an IOException not throwed in my code. I am using PF 5.3 + Mojarra 2.2.13.SP1 20160303-1204

It's a warning, the app work perfectly.

I am getting the same problem.
It seems to be related to primefaces 6.2 and FireFox.
With primefaces6.1 and FireFox the issue appeared only with http2, but now it happened also when I turn http2 off.
I tried with wildfly 8, 9, 11 and 12 - all have the same issue.
I am going to stay with primefaces 6.1 and turn http2 off, until this is resolved.

One more comment:
It seems like just a harmless warning, but overtime it cause the CPU to be stuck on 100% and require restart of wildfly otherwise no other process can get any CPU time (our database backup process would take forever)

To be honest, i would ask the mojarra guys.

we can't change something here, looks like something mojarra looses(?) its cache and the can't re-load the resource?
Sounds really weird.

It is weird, however, it does work with primefaces 6.1 with the same mojarra...

Feel free to debug this case or check it in detail - "Unable to find or serve resource" means that i can't load the resource and this part is completely related to the JSF API, we don't even have such a functionality.
