Any clue about this? I have to start implementing this in a few days. If this isn't solved I´ll have to search for another alternatives (such as Flying saucer or something like that).

I was having the same issues. Adding this to my web.xml seemed to fix it:

<context-param>
<param-name>optimus.CONTEXT_SCAN_PATH</param-name>
<param-value>/</param-value>
</context-param>

In new version of optimus, I'll make sure guice is not mandatory unless you're using Guice Integration. Also resolver needs to be improved a bit not to cause problems like this.
