Where is the primefaces ELITE support?

Your websites shows menu path "support > primefaces ELITE". But this is only a link to the store (and if I log in, there isn't any support; only list of orders, purchases, bla, bla). Where is the real ELITE support?

Afaik, the 'Elite support' is in the bug fix releases you get (and in several cases new features). There is no support in the sence that you can ask questions or get specific help. This is all mentioned in https://www.primefaces.org/support/ (emphasis mine)

PrimeFaces Elite is an annual subscription based service to access Elite Releases of PrimeFaces and does not secure a support service from PrimeTek. 1 year Elite subscription is $99 per developer. See more.

Keep in mind that I do not work for PrimeTek or get paid in any way. This is what I found on their site. If you want to be sure, send them a mail since this question is beyond the scope of the peer technical support forum where you posted
