Proyecto maven tiene problemas para leer archivo javax.faces.resource

Buenas tardes a todos, estoy generando un proyecto maven en netbeans que utiliza la tecnología primefaces, todo ok pero este tiene problemas con las archivos contenidos en javax.faces.resource, en un primer deploy el navegador no encuentra imágenes, .js, css cosa que cambia luego de actualizar la pagina algunas veces (F5) tal vez es algo que tengo mal configurado en el proyecto mismo o en mi archivo pom.xml de maven.
