managing support ticket

Hi everyone I am a very beginner and I want to create an app to manage calls by making tickets. So if a ticket is open I can write the problem and the solution and when I close it I just can see the ticket without changing it. I don't know if it's clear but is this possible with primefaces or I need to use something else ?
