I'm looking at starting a few new projects and would like to hear from the community if there any advice on an IDE that would simplify the creation of the Maven web app to use Primefaces 10.

Netbeans used to be my favorite but I understand they are revamping and their 12 series is not fully leveraging Primefaces 10 out of the box yet. If there is an IDE that allows fast base project creation using Jarkata EE9 and Primefaces please share. I would like to build the application future proof and not re-due things in migrations.

I recommend IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate with WildFly. After using NetBeans with GlassFish for many years, I switched to IntelliJ last year. Not only IntelliJ is much more powerful but also they provide excellent support service. My NetBeans code worked in IntelliJ with almost no change.

+1 on IntelliJ. I have used Eclipse for years and its OK but IntellIJ is far superior in almost every way.
