Beside calling hide() method in client side, the documentation says "Note that notificationBar has a default built-in close icon to hide the content." I could not seem to find it anyway. Should I use a facet something to get a close icon ?
Also NotificationBar can not be seen on demo page. You have to come to the page through google search.
