Tool tip is not working if i use paginatorPosition="both"

Hello Team, I am using primefaces 6.2.3 in my Application. In data table i am trying to display paginator positions on both top and bottom of the result table. How ever if i use paginatorPosition="bottom" then Tool tip associated with data table that display's icons(for pdf,excel,csv is working fine) but if I use paginatorPosition="both" then tooltip is not working.

PrimeFaces 6.2.3 is pretty old since 10.0.0 is the production version now so I don't know if you will find much help. If you can reproduce it in 10.0.0 then I can take a look.
