datatable meta key for selection

Hi,
just wondering about the use of metakey in selction.

In ubuntu this is a "super" which is related to the windows manager.

Would not ctrlKey be a better choice?

But mac has a different meaning for ctrl. I guess there is no perfect key.

How about the use of both ctrl and meta....similar to jsf datatable?

We've done a change yesterday to use both ctrl (win-linux) and cmd key (mac)
