SelectCheckBoxMenu missing from Adamantium

Hi,

On the Adamantium demo page I see SelectCheckBoxMenu, but when I download the theme it's missing. Maybe other components as well. Is this a known issue?

We'll update rio-adamantium-modena to bring compatibility with 1.0.0-beta.1 tomorrow, there are 3 components with issues; dropdown, multiselect and editor. Updating would be easy as replacing the theme.css as there are no other changes. We'll announce it here and at our blog.

Please try with PrimeNG 1.0.0-beta2, PrimeUI 4.1.8 and Adamantium 1.0.1.
