Compatibility with Angular2 Beta16

Hi,

Due to breaking changes in beta16, PrimeNG beta3 cannot work well with it. So please use angular2 beta15 until PrimeNG beta4 is released on 2nd of May.

The ngFor syntax change is a big one, we like the new syntax though, less confusing.
