Which grid classes should we be using?

In the prime-ng docs i see two methods of using the grids. There is the ui-grid, ui-grid-row, ui-grid-col-# variation here:

and then you have the ui-g, ui-g-# variation here:
http://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/grid
