p-checkbox formControlName

Hi. I want to create a reactive form with a list of checkboxes. Using [(ngModel)] allows me to store a list of selected values. This doesn't seem to work with formControlName; only the last checked value appears in the list. Please see the plnkr here http://plnkr.co/edit/QgXNX9Fzko9btWakuOOf?p=preview.

How can I get the checkboxes to store a list of checked values? Thanks.
