p-dropdown label property as object is not reflected correctly

I set a p-dropdown with a complex label. Is an object with two properties.
When the component is rendered the list is shown correctly, but the value in the textbox is [object, object] cause LABEL is not a string, but an object.
Is it possible to do a workaround?
When setting the VALUE property as object instead LABEL, i have some trouble to manage data...
