ui-state-hover and ui-state-focus not set on pInputText

Hi

I've observerd that in contrast to PrimeFaces the ui states 'ui-state-hover' and 'ui-state-focus' are not updated accordingly in PrimeNG.

I'm testing using:

• https://www.primefaces.org/showcase/ui/ ... Text.xhtml

• https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/inputtext

Is this a bug of PrimeNG?
