Next page button is not workin in p-carousel

Hi,

Next page is not working while page loaded first time and when I changed using page number through the drop down (pagedropdownoptions) then the next page button is working.

Also when I moved to next pages and coming back to this carousel page then it started working, please advise what to be done in this situation.
