PrimeNG with Asp.net core SPA Template Webpack

I'm trying to get this to work with the SPA template in .net core. Even though I have seen the webpack demo , the version of webpack don't match up, so not sure exactly how to make it work. I'm a newbie with Angular and webpack, so any help appreciated.

Getting closer...get this error when rebuilding webpack
