Problem while filtering UFT-8 Strings (string with accents)

Hi, PrimeNG Community,

I am facing a problem with filtering input such as MultiSelect because they do not have filterBy option.
The reason why I need filterBy option is because I am working with string with accents, and the filter does not work with accents. Because of that, I would add a new field to the value field of SelectItem where I would add the string label without any accent, so I would filter by label and the field of the value with the string without accent, so my filter would work when a user enter a string with or without accent.

In addition, is there any way that I could pass my custom filter function to that components ?
