Purchasing Themes

I know this probably isn't the best place to ask this, but I'm not really sure where else to ask since I cannot find any sales support emails/ticket system/contacts anywhere on the site. I've been trying to purchase a premium theme all morning, but PayU keeps denying my card. Does PayU not accept USA based credit cards? I've purchased 2 items off Amazon today, so I know it's not the card. It keeps mentioning something about a 3D secure pin which isn't a thing in the USA as far as I'm aware.

If there is a better place to discuss this, feel free to let me know.
