Automatic de-selection of checkboxes

I am trying to select some records 1,2 from the master table - Table1 and adding it to the selected table - Table2 as per my requirement. Now i am trying to click on the Edit button and adding 1,2 records back from Table2 to Table1. Here 1,2 records are added and showed in the selected mode successfully but the problem is , if i am trying to edit any cell field value of these selected 1,2 records automatically the records got de-selected.

Please respond any one on this.
