Radiobutton in table header (sortable)

Hi!
I want to add a radio button in a

<th pSortableColumn...

The problem is, that if I click on the radio button the column gets sorted. Can I prevent this? Or can I fire the sorting event only by clicking on the sorting icons not by clicking on the whole th element?
