Turbo table virtual scroll doc example not working

I am trying to get virtual scroll to work using the documentation example from https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/table/scroll. However looking at the Virtual Scroll - 250K Rows table on that page, data does not seem to load after the rows of the initial page, instead it replaces the first page and you have to scroll up to see in the new rows. Is this a bug? I would expect the rows to be loaded and displayed under the previous set of rows. Is the demo broken? I want to migrate from the old p-datatable and need to know if this feature works as intended. Thanks.

It only shows you the number of rows you define as page size and loads everything else on demand.
