Paginator appendto body out of place

Hi guys,
I tried raising this as a bug on github but I can't make the paginator work on stackblitz. It's not opening the rowsperpage dropdown (which is exactly the bit I need to test the bug ).

In summary, when I set the paginator to append to 'body' it initially shows the rowsPerPageOptions dropdown correctly but after the first time, all subsequent times will open it misplaced (pushed to the left). Also this only happens until the scrollbar on the right hand side is displayed (smaller resolutions). On the other hand it I set chrome to 'responsive mode' it seems to work fine (which is even more weird)

Is this a known issue?

It only happens when it's set to append to 'body'. When it's not, it seems to be working fine.

I have finally managed to reproduce the issue. I will open a bug on github. The stackblitz sample is currently updated and triggering the bug. Just need to open 'rowsperpage' dropdown more than once.
