Unable to set Minimum and Maximum width of the column while resizing the column in Angular 5

Hi Team,

I am trying to set minimum and maximum width of the column so as to show minimum 3 characters and maximum 50 characters while resizing the column in P-table. We are using span inside p-table to show the column headers? Could some one help on this ?
