Drag and Drop extended support for picklist to cancel dragging based on condition

Hope you are having a great day.

Little heads up regarding my requirements,
I am using primeng v6 picklist component with drag and drop feature,
and I want the following this in my project.

1. Ability to disable some items to be draggable to the selected list.
2. Exposed Drag and drop events from available and selected UL list.

Based on some conditions I want to disable dragging of some items in the available list.
For this, I have checked the code as well but I don't get any point at which I can cancel dragging.

like beforeDrag, beforeDrop, etc.
