double click on item in popup menu reloads the page

Double clicking a popup menu item causes the page to reload.

Behavior can be seen here -> https://www.primefaces.org/primeng-6.1.6/#/menu by clicking on Show on the popup menu and then double clicking Add User. Doing this reloads the page to https://www.primefaces.org/primeng-6.1.6/#/.

There was a similar issue for SplitButton and TieredMenu documented here -> https://github.com/primefaces/primeng/issues/6822. The fix is https://github.com/primefaces/primeng/pull/7211
