Calendar control shows wrong date in Safari when time part = 00:00:00

This happens on the Safari browser only.

When the time part of the value of the Calendar control is set to 00:00:00, the control displays the previous date.

Example, if you set the value to "2019-11-01T00:00:00" the control will display the following date "10/31/2019".

This doesn't happen in Edge, Chrome, nor Firefox.
