height for p-dialog

Good Day...

How can we set a height for p-dialog box... The width is working, however height is not working

<p-dialog [(visible)]="showDialog" [positionTop]="120" [positionLeft]="100" [width]="1000">

I have tried using [height]="500" and style="height:500px" - but no luck!
