onlazyload is not being triggered in primeNG 10

Hi all,
I am migrating from PrimeNG 8 to 10 and noticed onlazyload is not being triggered as I scroll, after the introduction of [virtrualRowHeight]. Did anyone encounter this and is there a resolution? Onlazyload is called 2 upon ngOninit but that's it. Thanks!
