PrimeNG v12.0.0 depends on Angular 12 and is fully compatible with it. As it is always suggested, use the PrimeNG whose major version matches your Angular version e.g. PrimeNG 12 with Angular 12.

Responsive Updates
PrimeNG v12.0.0 focuses on improving the responsiveness of components so that they can be used within a responsive layout seamlessly. Latest addition to the set are:
