p-inputNumber decimal (comma and dot keys)

Hi,
is there any way to apply the same behaviour when clicking on both "comma" or "dot" key (from integer part to decimal part) ?
We're using: p-inputNumber with mode="decimal" (v10-lts)

Maybe plain JS? Any idea?
