Change the first week of the year

Hi everyone,

I'm french, and in France, the first week of the year is this week, the week of the 4th of January.
In the PrimeNG's Calendar, it's not the case (obviously) but it seems to be impossible to change this behavior with the locale property, and I don't find any other way.

Can someone help me find a way to display the right weeks number ?
