Currently, using the dropdown component in tangent with `appendTo` places the dropdown's panel correctly to the left of the input in LTR. However, if the page is in RTL, it will still place the panel to the left of the input instead of the right. This also applies to the calendar component.
Expected Behavior
The menu should be placed to the right of the input in order to match the direction of the text
