How to use older / LTS versions?

In PrimeNG webpage, states that latest 12-LTS is v12.2.5 but when we do npm i --save primeng@12, v12.2.3 was installed...

By checking NPMJS repo, we see that really 12.2.3 was the latest version for v12 releases uploaded to it... so how anyone could install up to 12.2.5??
