Tile Layout component?

Hi,

I'm just wondering what would be my best bet with PrimeNg components to make a Tile layout?
The Tile Layout would have X column and Y rows, and you could drop "component"(widgets) that could take A columns and B rows.

You should be able to resize the components and move them by drag&drop.

The best example of what I'm looking for is this:

Does anybody know if there is a component or an associations of component that could have this behavior with PrimeNg?
